Hello Everyone—

I know you all just wrapped up your meeting - I trust you’re as enthusiastic as I am with the positive developments. Last time I sent you all a update, I expressed the following: “I believe in this team. You all are some of the most motivated and creative developers we have had the opportunity to collaborate with - and we’re excited for that partnership to persist.”

With your dedication and versatility, especially over the past twelve months, you repeatedly show that.

The community feedback from last autumn’s Project ETHOS testing phase was revealing. It affirmed the promise of a roguelike shooter but made clear we still had refinements needed. It highlighted the requirement for a sharper identity.

The progress is encouraging to see how far you’ve advanced. You embraced the criticism to mind and reimagined the title with a refreshed direction - one that’s poised to deliver on its potential to our audience.

The belief in Project ETHOS increases every day. To advance the incredible development you’ve made, I’m excited to welcome the new hire as the incoming Director of 31st Union. Following several months of talks, Ben starts with us on the specified date.

His management and experience in the PVP shooter genre is vast, having devoted the recent years producing and leading some of the most popular titles in the industry, for example Call of Duty: Black Ops, and most recently, Apex Legends.

Let’s together in receiving him soon. We are all excited to continue witnessing the progress of the game in the months to ahead.
