More Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development plans for the financier's personal tropical island among the released materials.

Also included in this recent document release seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the American territory.

The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and features a legend detailing various areas of the property.

Alongside this are what look to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, such as layouts for boat shelters.

More materials disclosed as part of the current congressional process.
